Welcome to RamalResume.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ramal Digital Services (operating RamalResume.com), under Dubai DED eTrader License Number [Insert License Number] ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, purchasing an export pass, or using our automated resume-building tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Services Provided

RamalResume provides an automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web tool allowing users to input career information, select design layouts, and format, generate, and download digital copies of resumes, CVs, and cover letters.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and password.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately at support@ramalresume.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our paid services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Property & Protected Layout Templates

All software code, algorithms, website architecture, visual interfaces, graphics, brand marks, and proprietary resume layout templates offered on RamalResume are the exclusive intellectual property of Ramal Digital Services and are protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

• Permitted Use: Purchasing an export pass grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use our templates to generate your personal job-application documents.
• Prohibitions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, license, or commercially resell our resume layout templates, source code, or design assets.

B. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all personal data, text, work history, educational details, and photographs you upload or enter into the platform ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, format, and display your content solely as required to provide the resume creation services to you.

4. Fees, Currency, and Payment Processing

• Pricing: Access to export and download your generated documents requires purchasing a time-limited pass (e.g., Ramal Week 7-day pass or Ramal Month 30-day pass). All prices are displayed on the website and are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED), US Dollars (USD), or applicable localized currencies.
• Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed via Stripe, LLC. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated credit card, debit card, or digital wallet for the agreed fee. We do not store or process your raw payment card details on our servers.
• Taxes & Transaction Fees: Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable value-added taxes (VAT) or digital transaction fees based on your local billing jurisdiction.

5. Digital Content & Physical Goods Disclaimer

• Digital-Only Delivery: RamalResume is an online digital software provider. Upon completion of payment, services are delivered electronically through time-limited online access and downloadable digital files (PDF / Word).
• No Physical Delivery: We do not print, package, mail, ship, or deliver paper copies or physical goods. Printing your generated document is entirely your responsibility using your own printing hardware or a local print shop.

6. Immediate Digital Execution, Final Sales, and Refund Policy

Please review your document on-screen before completing your transaction.

• Final Sale Upon Download: Because our service delivers immediate digital access and instantly generated downloadable files, all sales are final and non-refundable once a document export or PDF/Word download has occurred.
• Waiver of EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory "cooling-off" period for online purchases, you expressly agree that performance of our digital service begins immediately upon payment. By clicking to export or download your document, you acknowledge that you forfeit your statutory right of withdrawal once digital file delivery begins.
• Pre-Purchase Review: We provide visual previews on screen prior to payment. It is your responsibility to review spelling, formatting, grammar, and layout accuracy prior to downloading your final files.
• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Unwarranted chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims initiated through your bank after successfully downloading your document violate these Terms. We reserve the right to provide payment activity logs (including IP addresses, timestamps, and export IDs) to Stripe and financial institutions to refute illegitimate dispute claims.

7. Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Availability

• Infrastructure Provider: Platform hosting, server computing, and global file distribution are managed via Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS CloudFront.
• Availability Disclaimer: While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to planned system maintenance, AWS infrastructure outages, internet traffic congestion, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Data Backup Responsibility: While your data is saved securely during your active pass period, you are encouraged to save local copies of your exported PDF or Word files.

8. Limitation of Liability and Career Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Employment: RamalResume provides formatting and document generation software tools. We do not guarantee job interviews, career advancement, or employment offers as a result of using our templates or generated files.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramal Digital Services, its owner, or operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption). Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using RamalResume, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or extraction tools to harvest data, layouts, or code from the website.
• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disable any security features, authentication tokens, or payment gateways.
• Resell or redistribute your account access or export privileges to third parties.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates are made, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
